Is there a connection between infant reflux and recurrent Croupe?

Hi, my son who is now 2 suffered quite severe Infant Reflux up until around a year ago. He was constantly sick no matter what we did. Luckily, he has now grown out of it but now gets recurrent Croupe. Every 2-3 months on average.
